In heliocentric astrology, it is assumed that the central point is the sun at your date, time, and place of birth. This differs from geocentric astrology in that geocentric astrology assumes that the central point is YOU at the time, date, and place of your birth. Heliocentric astrology is controversial among astrologers because many believe its relevance to be debatable since we cannot live on the sun.
