The creation process has a 14 day turn around time that does not include shipping.

The listed price is a base price that covers labor only and will be added into your final price quote for approval. 

You have total control and the ability to customize everything or nothing at all.

No returns or refunds on custom candlework once the final quote has been approved.

Shipping is calculated into the cost of your quote. 

If products become damaged in shipping, please take photos and notify us asap so that we can begin to replace your vigil free of charge.

All items used in crafting Custom Deity Vigil Candles are designed to be recycled or upcycled for later use. All decor is removable.

Labels are removable and recycable.

Any left over wax in the container is easily removed by placing the jar in the freezer for one hour to remove frozen wax or by melting the wax via hairdryer, microwave, or oven. 

Uses for containers include refilling a a candle, herb storage, bottle/jar magick containers, food storage, and more.

Recycled goods are used whenever possible to pack and ship our products. This means we reuse incoming shipment packaging including boxes, bubble wrap, bio-degradable peanuts, shredded paper, and etc.
